Homes sales in Charlotte rising again
According to the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association home prices in the Charlotte area rose 14% in June compared to a year ago, with average prices continuing to rise and more homes coming onto the market. According to the report 2,657 homes were sold in June, up 14% from 2,330 homes in June 2011.
